How to choose

Match the spa to the day you want.

Bangkok ranges from 520 THB temple-school Thai massage to 5-star riverfront hotel rituals. Book the level of privacy, facilities and English-language support you actually need.

Best for first-timers

Start with Health Land, Let's Relax, Asia Herb, Oasis, Divana or a major hotel spa. They have public menus, reception desks, clear booking channels and familiar tourist logistics.

Best value

Wat Pho, Wat Po Sukhumvit, Perception Blind Massage and Health Land are practical choices when the priority is massage quality rather than luxury facilities.

Best for a spa day

PANPURI, Yunomori, Oasis, Divana, The Peninsula, Banyan Tree, Mandarin Oriental and Capella are better fits when you want wet facilities, longer rituals or a quieter setting.

Legitimate wellness vs adult services

Simple safety checks before you book.

Thailand regulates health establishments for spa, massage and beauty services. Official guidance says venues should meet hygiene and safety standards, and properly licensed venues should display required health-establishment evidence at the premises.
